Austmine will work with you to define specific challenges. Using a detailed questionnaire, we capture technical details, parameters, and goals. These challenges are then published on mineinnovate, making them accessible to a global pool of METS companies.
Leveraging Austmine's extensive network, we actively promote challenges and solutions through targeted marketing efforts. This approach ensures we reach the right audience and maximise engagement, driving interest and participation from top METS companies worldwide.
Once challenges are published, mineinnovate scouts the global mining industry for the best solutions. METS companies submit brief solutions on the platform, which are then screened and verified. Mining companies can use the platform to review, shortlist, and assess these solutions. Austmine can also act as an intermediary, helping to shortlist suitable providers.
Shortlisted providers participate in an online technical workshop to discuss the specifics of the challenges. Following this, an online pitch session is held where providers present their solutions, engage with the mining company, and receive feedback. This collaborative phase ensures that all technical and economic aspects are thoroughly explored.
The final phase involves one-on-one meetings between the mining company and the shortlisted providers to refine technical specifications. Providers then submit their final technical and economic proposals on the platform. The mining company reviews these proposals and selects the best-fit solution(s). Successful providers are notified and begin working directly with the company to implement the solution(s).
